We invite you to attend a CME/CE-certified presentation titled, “Elevating the Role of Cardiologists in Diabetes Care: Cardiovascular Risk Reduction Strategies With GLP-1 Receptor Agonists.” This activity will improve the knowledge, competence, and performance of learners to optimize treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D) at high risk of cardiovascular events.
Learning Objectives:
- Evaluate the latest CV outcomes data and guideline recommendations for GLP-1
- RA therapies in the management of T2D
- Compare the clinical profiles of GLP-1 RA based therapies for the management of T2D.
- Incorporate GLP-1 RAs into the treatment of patients with T2D and CV risk based on dosing recommendations, the latest evidence, and patient needs.
